Well that's the deal with these DV cases, as much as I do want the criminals to be suspended, they have to be charged at least to miss time.

I still like that the NFL is taking this much more seriously, and I also like how they let the 49ers use their judgement here. Can't be suspending players off of accusations, especially first time offense type of stuff
