Brooks been ass all year. He can GTFO!
VD might need to do the whole 'watch Iron Mike drop his pants' thing, no homo. seems like he has zero interest in football.

Game was atrocious and the win was unsatisfying. Eli threw 5 picks and the game ended with the D having to make a play. Like usual. I'm tired of this.

Happy for the win, but I'm legit mad.

No need to be mad.

It's a tough game on the road against a team that always has our number and we're beat the fukk up.

Offense was complete ass, but I can't be mad when our D carries us like it did. That's how you win big games down the stretch.

Frustration for sure, but there's 6 more games left, and we seem to be getting in rhythm. I do think some offensive moves need to be made and it would be nice to see a big performance out the O.

It does look more and more though like Kaep is just a slightly, minutely better version of Alex so this team feels just like that 2011 team did at times

Cmon breh he knew the young boy was ballin and Aldon the Gawd was coming back:beli:

it's a pride thing. brooks went from being a hero to being benched in one week. i'd prolly be a little salty too

that said, benching brooks is the absolute right call. aaron lynch has been the most consistent OLB on the team so far this year and aldon is aldon

brooks is the better all-around LB but lynchs ceiling is really high and he was helping out the most with the pass rush

fukk the pride, he got the fattest contract out of all LBs iirc. cant see pat or bowman bytching about shyt like that, at all.

Yep, at some point, we knew guys had to go.

Now we're at the point where those decisions are made easier by having younger options with more potential and a lot less of a check to cash.

Brooks been great for us, but man if you're going to bring that nonsense, you will not be missed

Lets take it easy on Ahmad Brooks, dude has been carrying water his entire career and now he's seeing his job being in jeopardy. I said that we should have traded him during the off season, but he's getting paid very well even if his role seems to be diminishing, but such is life.

My notes on the game:

Roman needs to be fired, his playcalling is brutal
Kaep is a good QB, while he didnt have a terrific passing game, his feet extended the plays a lot of times and got us crucial 1st downs
Living in the NY Metro are, you guys have no idea how turnt up the Giants were to play this game, especially after their defense was embarrassed by Seattle.
Our defense held up for 4 Quarters against a persistent Eli Manning, We got 5 interceptions, thats impressive
Borland should be defensive rookie of the year
Wilhoite was great as well
Even with the fumble Gore is the heart of the offense
Vernon Davis may have played himself off the team, he hasn't been all that good the past 2 seasons, his heart isn't in it
We need to get Bruce Ellington on the field, he could be our Odell Beckham Jr, either way he can be a game breaker with the ball in his hand
Culliver has been our best CB, remember we're gonna get some of our guys back

We needed this win like no one's business. We are ahead of the Seahawks and we are now in the drivers seat for the Wildcard. Was it an ugly win yes but we won.

So we're officially one game out the playoffs, 7th in the NFC and we got tie breakers on Philly and Dallas and Seattle tied with us and we got the tiebreaker on them too.

Next week it's

Dallas @NYG
Titans @ Philly
Zona @ Seattle

Once again, need a win, and the biggest help we can get is a NYG w over Dallas, that would put us in 6th

We're right where we need to be. Nov and Dec is when teams should be getting wins by any means necessary
