Forget those guys they're gonna Jim Tomsula

It's gonna be Tomsula if Harbs gets kicked to the curb during the season, but we'll be looking this offseason.

I really like Tomsula and went to bat for him earlier, but fukk it, we need a top level nikka in here to right this ship. The guys love Tomsula and he's a very good coach, but we need a captain, and i'm not sure if he's that guy.

What a disgusting loss. I gotta say, I feel like Kap has next year to really show me something, and Roman must go, Harbaugh too maybe, the team has lost all it's steam and Harbaugh has lost the teams respect. All of a sudden we look like an 8-8 team.

Honestly, Kaepernick doesn't even deserve to be the unquestioned starter in 2015.

Since the gimmick offense was solved, he's been less than spectacular, and this year he is downright a BAD quarterback with a big paycheck.

he's killing it this year, and I dunno anyone else who'd be certifiably better.

I like Gruden, but his offense might be too complicated for Kap right now.

no he doesnt. we just cant afford a situation where the plays go through two people loyal to each other again.
a defensive coach who delegates control to OC and who can fire the OC if he isnt competent, is fine with me.

thats basically the same situation with nolan and singletary. a good oc will never stay, they get promoted to hc. thats why your hc has to be a playcaller, this is what this team needs. no more bullsh!t with oc's
