The only thing that gives me pause about this game is the line play. Forte is a beast and if we're giving up 5 yards a pop to him that play scrub is going to be deadly.

Not sure why both Tank and QD were inactive, but I'd wager that going forward one or both of them should be active to help...

bowman is a huge loss.

it really pains for me to say this, but Pat looks like hes losing a step with each year. he looked slow changing directions and got juked by Murray repeatedly AND took some uncharacteristically poor angles.
I expected mediocre game run stop wise from Wilhoite, but Pat just didnt play up to his standards. he knew it too.

I rewatched it and Pat was the only one that seemed to know what to do or as they call it play recognition. He got jukes by murray but it happens to the best of them Im more disappointed in or dline without them holding the line down the linebackers can't do there job

Bruh, this is the exact same thing I've been sayin for the past 3years He moves extra stiff and sometimes looks out of shape. Luckily he has a very high football iq and he can rely on smarts to cover his physical limitations. P willie from 2007-2008,09 was a fukkin beast.

The best thing to happen to Patrick was when the 9ers got bowman. Bowman complimented Patricks game like crazy

Overreaction Monday. Am I the only one who's noticed Iupati decline since the playoffs where he was dreadful. No push in the run game and piss poor pass blocking. At this rate he's gonna get Kap hurt. I cringed on that hit Kap took on that pass completion to Boldin. If this keeps up I say put Boone in his spot and let Looney rock on the right

I think he's been noticeably worse coming off the injury, but he was a top guy at his position, you gotta let him rock for a while before throwing em away.

His contract is up in 2015 anyway, so if he doesn't improve he'll just make it an easier decision at years end

That hit wasn't Iupati's fault. He pulled on that play (play fake) and Staley got beat to the outside, which caused Kaep to step up into the pocket.

He actually got hit by McClain on that play (I'm assuming you're referring to the first 49ERS offensive possesion when he hit Boldin across the middle).
