The vagina is a dark, warm and moist place which is the perfect environment for bacteria to flourish. When said bacteria gets pushed into the urethra, if the bacteria reaches the bladder it can lead to a Urinary Tract Infection. It is a very painful experience, with burning sensations similar to STD infection. With early diagnosis and a 7 day course of antibiotics, it is easily treated.

Actually its kinda hard for men to get UTI's unless they have other issues going on (kidney stones, dehydration, ridiculously short urethra)

One time I almost whooped this chick's ass thinking she gave me an STD. But the problem was... we used a condom. So i was like is her shyt that bad that it went through the condom?
Went to my doctor and ran all kinds of tests and they said I didnt have any STDs and they just gave me antibiotics. Then a few months later I got it again. My doc ran the same tests again and again not STD. At that point he referred me to a urologist who explained that while not common, men too can get UTIs. The causes vary but most are due to sexual contact with females who have one or yeast infections.
Thing is mine didnt hurt when i peeds.
