Yeah I remember too. That was when he was starting to dip. C3 was cool but singles like Lollipop and shyt were the start of him falling off imo

Leaks fukked up a classic. I remember when they were pushing "La La La" & "Prostitute" as the first singles on his myspaceLa La La was supposed to be Waynes Hard Knock Life

la la la, prostitute and money p*ssy weed better than 80% of the tracks that made the final cut.Leaks fukked up a classic. I remember when they were pushing "La La La" & "Prostitute" as the first singles on his myspace![]()

Yeah, there was alot of bullshyt/fukkery coming out but a breh was eating good back then. Today, theres still good music being made but you rarely get that "feeling" nowadays this Wayne track gave me (That soulful warmth feeling). When I listen to Young Thug now and Wayne back then, its almost blasphemous compare the two. Not to take anything away from Thug but I'm certain most of his fans are the age I was when Wayne was still a beast, so I understand. You had to been there to see how incredibly talented this nikka was. Thug has an amazing flow n all that, makes good music but Wayne talent was so much more. nikkas was declaring him the new Pac, Jay Z's replacement, the best rapper alive, etc etc. The hype got outta hand of course, but it was a short period of time when those statements didn't sound crazy. C'mon man
Prime Weezy was so good man
Not gonna lie. I used to hate on Weezy back in the day. Couple days ago I downloaded a bunch of his old mixtapes. Ghostwritten or not, the delivery, the energy, the bars were crazy. I can sort of understand why a lot of people say he's top 5 or top 10 in their minds

I remember you hating back in the day when I was a hardcore stan.
Great to see you come around![]()
