I'd say around the 27 minute mark he gets into the c3 leaks, maybe a bit before. But yea he pretty much explains how Wayne recorded an entire new album within months after the leaks. They were gonna use "I feel like dying" regardless but couldnt get it cleared. After the first leak he still had records strong enough to make-up an album. That's when "gossip" was gonna be the street single. Then that batch of songs leaked prompting wayne to go back to the drawing board. But idgaf what anyone says, pick the top 15 songs off the total c3 recording sessions and you have one of the greatest albums ever.
They want to upload alot of those cuts to streaming but there are clearance issues to resolve. I feel like every song off the leak shouldve been on c3. Kush for example was an instant classic, still remember downloading it off limewire.

haven't listened yet, but from the looks of it they're just packaging 7 'new' songs onto tha carter V. bit disappointed they just called it a deluxe instead of dropping a real mastered OG version
