Long Distance relationships: what's the furthest distance you can do?

I ask because mine is one hour away-- 60 miles.

We see each other each weekend but it does get tough.

I hope to move closer to one another after one year.

It's a complicated situation, we been off and on since 07, the distance is a strain, I wouldn't even entertain the idea of a long distance relationship if it wasn't her

10hr drive/1hr flight...did it for like a year, moved for 4 months....shyt happened, and we ended it mutually on pretty good terms. We still cool. It was an experience though.

At one point I was in the US while she was in Europe, but on average we spent about 4 to 8 hours away from one another depending upon where work was...but neither of us is the type to need to travel to see each other every few days like some of our friends.

It's a personality quirk...we're both introverts by nature, so it doesn't bother us to spend a lot of time alone. I remember I used to just come home from work, make dinner and she'd call me and we'd get on Skype and play computer games.

Dating another nerd = easy

Like 220 roundtrip...cool thing is she would put in half sometimes...she took the bus out here(she was a soldier for that), an i'd fly out there.
