Nightmare season. We had critical injuries from yhe very start with losing Landry, and they compiled to a level that couldn't be overcome. On top of some of the weakest play calling in football, after just giving away one of the best recivers in ball and being left with a Bottom 5 skill position group...

Even with all that I'm not sure anyone coulda predicted losing 7 straight to finish the year...

Agree with others that if Vrabel doesn't support Downing being gone and a real plan for the future at QB he gotta go, and this should be explicitly expressed to him. He gotta be on thin ice, you oversaw a 7-game slide to end the year so what are you gonna do to fix it? What's the plan?
