Buying followers and shyt isn't something I care about or am interested in... but I do see the importance of likes and comments. There are sites out there like Klout which rank your online presence across social media platforms (facebook, LinkedIn, twitter, etc.) to assign you a score. This is the ranking system that famously declared Justin Bieber's social rank (#1) was higher than Obama (#2).
The cool thing about Klout is that when you are really well known in your circles and people are interacting with you heavy... they give you all kinds of free stuff.

that site doesnt give real stats. I use that site with 8 instagram accounts, thats why I know it means nothing.. it only counts stats visited through that site.
if someone visits your profile through the mobile app, it wont count as a visit on that site.. that site is just mostly a picture viewer, even though I use it to rotate accounts to promote for Vegas clubs
thats why I have no idea why he wants to us to look at the stats on that site, they arent nearly accurate at all.
edit: it also only counts stats for people registered through that particular instagram viewing site.. im very familiar with that site as I use it for work..
edit#2: a lot of bots use that site (as its the most popular instagram web viewer + can comment on photos). When you hash tag say #fitness and get 10 likes instantly, those are from bots that auto like or comment and are using that site (at least 90% of them are). So if his stats show a majority of people viewing/liking/commenting on his pictures through that site, he actually just indirectly exposed his self about buying his likes

ive spent $200 on instagram bots that auto comment on #vegas and #lasvegas that say some shyt like "@myvegasmainaccount - if you need anything while in vegas contact [insert phone #]" while I sleep or at the gym or something, but it got to be too much work with my accounts being banned a lot + spending money on proxies..most the bots use that site or iconosquare.com
thats how I know if his stats are through that site, hes buying likes as well @C-Styles
