i haven't been keeping up with who shot what the last month. it's too much for me to keep up with. but if a plane is shot down a few hours ago it's kinda too quick to jump into conclusions. we'll never know the truth anyway.
the russians could be set up to shoot it down as a distraction while israel invades gaza..

I'm not sure about a break up of more states. What is Russia today has been for some time. Putin rules with an iron first. Nothing can happen to him because of his nukes. Internal discontent has to hit a tipping point at some point but Russians are another breed.
