i only smoke before working out if it's some light shyt or I'm hitting cali's.....for heavy lifting I ain't gonna be high. After workouts yeah we smokin before that post workout meal :yeshrug:

When i used to smoke i would be so into my calistetics and cardio and weight lifting fully focused feeling every muscle fiber contract n expand n i could dig deep down and push myself to the max sometimes then the post workout stretch meditation had me feeling like the dalai lama

Distance runner here that refuses to go out now not high. I can’t explain it but I’m more
in tune with my breathing and body in general.

Not to mention how downright pleasant it is to take a few puffs and then head out into the trails for an hour or two with my headphones and personal thoughts. It’s my societal cleanse :blessed:
