Reasons it could be true. Lots of these movies lines up with certrain rumors. Doc Strange/Hulk and Black panther.

Reasons it might be false is the Iron Man 4 rumors are too strong for them to announce movies all the way to 2019 and not have another solo Iron Man movie. We know Iron Man is going to continue with or without RDJ

They changed up Ultron's Origin. They could very well change up civil wars plot.......

But yea i think this is fake just based of there being no Iron Man solo movie. There's no way the highest grossing solo super hero movie ever is going to go until 2019 with no sequel.
