I would of :salute: him for it, but that constant headlock variation had me :beli:

Clinching is a part of strategy. Strong fighters with good inside game punish clinching and can direct it into knockouts and points. But compared to May, PAC is simply not strong enough or talented enough inside to dictate and punish Floyd's clinching. PAC had many chances to hit, stagger and beat May weather in the center and on the ropes. But Pac missed his punches, ate jabs, ate hooks, etc. Pac looked slow and stupid against May.

Yeah, I was on the fence about it. But definitely better. He's facing more athletic fighters than Pep ever did, and is more refined than Toney and Pea.

That defense is something else

Clinching is a p*ssy move. :camby:

Smart, but p*ssy nonetheless.

Nothing p*ssy about it. Pac had every opportunity to throw inside, outside, in clinch, against ropes, etc. Most times he met Floyd on the ropes, Floyd just countered and weaved out. Pac just missed and got hit like a boxing bag BC he's stupid, not fast enough, not strong enough and overall not good enough to threaten Floyd. At one time Floyd just stood with his gloves up and smiled while PAC threw a flurry that barely hit and didn't hurt. Another time he just waited for PAC, hit him with a quick left hook and pirouetted to the side. Great boxing. If the fight had gone past 12 rounds, Pax would burn himself out and May would prolly knock him out.

Yeah except Toney took his up to fukking heavyweight and was banging with killers. nikkas mention Floyd fighting GGG and the struggle team to :whoa: meanwhile SRL did the same against a scarier dude than ggg :cmsas2:

Clinching is actually not supposed to be allowed.

True.

But they both went up 5 divisions in the end. 130 to 154 for PBF. and MW to Heavyweight for L.O

So, there's that. Floyds a little dude. I think he's maxed out at 147, but can box at 154 on skill. Maybe 160, and that's maybe.

Welter is SRL first division and Floyds fourth.

But maybe a slight edge to Pea.
