So violence against men isn't a real issue? Violence is an issue period. There's no need to make this a gender thing, especially when women are the main victims of violence.
i agree and that was my point exactly.
i admit i didn't express it clearly or maybe i should've used another gif.
my other point is that somehow black men will be the only men getting blamed for this situation as per usual.

Oh great another bullshyt thread where Black women are portrayed as victims and Black men are portrayed as Satan. I see the usual male feminist showed up with their standard lines of bullshyt, but they never bother to point out who raised those Black males to be the insecure emotional violent messes that the male feminist allege that Black men supposedly are. Let me help you out: emotional violent insecure Black WOMEN raised them. That is who taught those boys to do that shyt.

Btw, did anybody ever bother to point out that there are millions of Black women walking around in the USA that do not have bullet wounds?

The problem is...

Why the fukk men gotta acknowledge it...the fukk it got to do with anything...

Women don't acknowledge crazy bytches...women don't be like..."Damn...bytches really do be making up rape charges..."

Women be like..."Well we gotta treat people as individuals, not all women make up rape charges...#BelieveHer"

Yeah dudes are crazy and crazy shyt happens...so what?

The odds are extremely rare...fukk ima acknowledge a statistically anomaly for?

Now if women are getting hit with the draco everyday for rejecting dudes then that's different...
A lot of things are very rare. Like unarmed black men being killed by the popo. Being rare doesn't mean it doesn't deserve valid discussion. I do think Twitter doesn't allow for that, just quick one liners for favorites and retweets.

It's at this point of the conversation that people close the tab on their browsers and go find the next one liner to collect likes/daps/retweets

Same people will also tell you that this is a conversation we "NEED" to have tho. :skip: So tired of the fake shyt

You should know why systematic, racist, state-sanctioned execution of people, is more important than random, unrelated, psychopath people committing crimes.

One is controlled, the other is not.

Apparently we have to teach men to stop being toxic, whatever that means.

I thought you all were talking about in comparison to Black women and factoring in all types of violence, not just gun violence or violence that ends in death.

In that case then yes the assumptions is correct.

So perpetuating stereotypes only effects the people who actually fit them huh?

Blacks were victims of an estimated 805,000 nonfatal violent crimes and of about 8,000 homicides in 2005. While blacks accounted for 13% of the U.S. population in 2005, they were victims in 15% of all nonfatal violent crimes and nearly half of all homicides. These findings are based on data from the Bureau of Justice Statistics’ National Crime Victimization Survey (NCVS) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s (FBI) Uniform Crime Reporting Program (UCR), Supplementary Homicide Reports.

Among blacks the risk of nonfatal violent victimization var- ied across demographic characteristics. During the 5-year period from 2001 to 2005, comparative nonfatal violent vic- timizations showed –

• Black males were more vulnerable to violent victimization than black females.

• Younger blacks were generally more likely than older blacks to be victims of violence.

• Blacks who had never married were more likely than all other blacks to be victims of violence.

• Blacks in households with lower annual incomes were at a greater risk of violence than those in households with higher annual incomes.

• Blacks living in urban areas were more likely than those in suburban or rural areas to be victims of violence.

Black victims of homicide were most likely to be male (85%) and between ages 17 and 29 (51%). Homicides against blacks were more likely than those against whites to occur in highly populated areas, including cities and sub- urbs. About 53% of homicides against blacks in 2005 took place in areas with populations of at least 250,000 people, compared to about 33% of homicides of white victims. Blacks were killed with a firearm in about 77% of homicides against them.

One, this should be common sense. Two, I found that FBI link after a 2 second Google. These are stats from '93-05 but it's obvious that the numbers and what they represent hasn't changed as far as who are more frequently victims of violent crimes between black men and black women. In '05 black males made up 85% of all black homicide victims. The fact that you would question this without even attempting to look the info up yourself just illustrates how you're not only ignorant but very dishonest/sneaky.

Black women in general do not care about black men....
