FBI stats are unreliable as police underreport white crimes and overreport black crimes. If you look at the amount of dead black men against dead black women, you can easily see black men are victimized more than black women.

Black women are more likely to be killed by men, generally Black men.
Black men are more likely to be killed by other Black men.
If we play with sheer numbers, and look at White on Black violent crime, White people are the vast minority of the danger to Black people. But that's c00n talk, because there are differences in violence, reasoning behind violence, and other factors.
