Doom is a funny nikka, breh. Ghost says that that album has been done for about a decade, Doom just hasn't put it out. I'm starting to think he don't want to put it out because he got dusted by Fishscale era Ghost.

I think it's either sample clearances or DOOM is trying to sell the project to a distributor and isn't getting the offers he wants. He's been repackaging old shyt for like a decade...I dunno what's going on. Must be doing ok financially because if he was broke we'd presumably get more projects right.

this fits in theory, we'll see how it sounds for a whole album. and yes he needs to either bring fresh beats or just be vocals. that Masta Ace album was like the 3rd go-round for some of those beats lol
