I work and live well, but i live in Brazil, things here are a bit different.

Here, we blacks deal with racism in a more forceful way, if something like this happens soon we go to the streets and confront the police, break everything in our way and make it out in all the media, call the international human rights(sometimes they come on their own) and sue the state. I see that back in the USA blacks accept all this peacefully waiting for who knows to change that situation.

WTF are you talking about? There have been lots and lots of of riots in the USA regarding the mistreatment of Black people by the Police. Chicago, Los Angeles, Detroit, Memphis, St. Louis; a bunch of places have had riots. Hell there have been a lot of Black men that have killed cops.
