I thought it was a joke with everyone in on it and still convinced so after his last tweet.

She knew his decision and they decided to troll Bama/Vol by her wearing the gear and her walking out as if she was “pissed”. Who’s actually wearing a Vol hat with the rival Bama sweater?

Am I the only one that saw it this way?

As a former collegiate athlete who had to go thru some shyt similar to this in my life with immediate family members, I feel his pain. It hurts. That resentment will now always be there. As a parent you have to be part of the engine that's pushing your kids, not the fuel.

I don’t think I’m ready to call a likely single mom who invested in her son to get to that point a bytch.

Yea, if it is a mistake ( and I hope not for his and the team's sake :sadcam:), parents and family members gotta support him throughout it. You can't show your ass on TV because he didn't choose the schools you liked. I'm not a father, but I recognize how fortunate i was to have parents that let me mature while still supporting me if I ended up making a bad decision.

She did the right thing, especially if she invested 18 years in her son and I'm not just talking financially. Some if you non-football playing bums don't know what it's like to have a parent put everything they have into your athletic career from peewee to varsity.

I was always told "moms always know best". His mom wanted him to go to Bama or Tennessee. He had to go left and choose washed up Florida. He let his mom down on national TV.
So she was doing what a parent is supposed to do. Congratufukkinglations. Doesnt mean she knows best. Especially about football. He might know he has a better chance to play at UF or shyt maybe he just likes it more. Its his next 4 years of oractice and school, not hers.
