Women typically get custody because they're the ones who carry the child and are typically seen as the primary nurturer in society but it's not very hard to get joint custody unless you're dealing with a trash tier bytch.

Child support isn't fair but it's about as good as it gets and I pay it monthly plus see my son all the time.

If a woman gets pregnant by a bum bytch, we don't cut them no slack and tell them to choose better but the same standard needs to be held to dudes who fukk bum bytches.

I'm not saying I necessarily agree with throwing guys in jail if they don't pay the CS, but some nikkas don't pay it just to be spiteful to the mother.
If you lay down with a person you SHOULD provide for your child even if you hate their other parent. (Notice how I'm not singling out the man or the woman).

For ex. My sister got pregnant by some ain't shyt nikka (non of my business), and he's supposed to pay child support. Idk how much he's supposed to pay monthly, but it's low af, something like $40/weekly, I think. Let's just say it's weekly, then he has to pay $160/month. He pays whatever he feels like paying, whenever he feels like paying it. He's a "dj" so he's paid off the books.
When they go to court he tells the judge he doesn't have a job. My sister has to collect all his flyers and prove otherwise. Anyway, afaik this nignog hasn't filed taxes because it will ALL go to my sister, because he owes at least $7,000 now. Now you know good and damn well if my sister gets that amount all of it isn't going to go to their child. But if he paid the money monthly/weekly like he's supposed to, it would. (I am assuming w/the last 2 sentences)
Anyway, at one point he was going to go to jail because he didn't pay CS.

Point of my story, pay attention to who you lay down with, because you could end up dealing with them for 18 years.

these chicks aren't even using all of this money for children as you already acknowledged. If these women don't want to deal with deadbeat dads then stop letting nikkas nut in you without being married. And if you can't support the child on your own then you need to give up custody to the father or a relative until you get your shyt together instead of going to the state for handouts and putting the babys father on child support so you can get another handout. having a child might be a "come up" if its by someone with money. Maybe, but foodstamps, welfare, public housing etc... is not the lap of luxury in most cases. Not to mention having to take care of the child.

Anyway the system is messed up. I would and have avoided it at all cost. I suggest all fathers keep excellent records of what they do for the child. I don't believe in seperating a kid from his dad I also don't get the logic behind jailing them making it impossible for them to have a way to provide. You get out when you pay it off? How But if you get chances and are truly a deadbeat

I thought child support is automatically taken from your paycheck so I never understood how people go months without paying it. Everyone person I know who pays child support gets it taken directly out the check, therefore no issues

Some people don't work or are self employed. Some work for cash only. Can intercept your lottery winnings and gambling winnings as well as hit your bank account with a lien. Taxes will get intercepted if u file. But there are a lot of dudes who can pay that don't or won't. Then when they deep in contempt, they try and wiggle out and the cycle repeats.

I posted it before, it's off of your income/expenses and medical benefits. If I had to pay child support for one kid here in Illinois on my salary it would be $1,400/month.

That's tax free, straight $1,400 every month.
From infancy to 21 years old.
