Did you read the op? I'm still in my 20's and I did use to weight train. I'm nowhere near fat. I just want to get slim swole instead of the lumber jack body I'm rocking now. Stop being goofy.

im a girl, but HIIT is just too dread inducing, i just do moderately long sessions of low intensity intervals, walking on the treadmill, varying the speed and at a 7% to 10% incline
also myfitnesspal and a digital food scale are very helpful
I can handle it. I'm most def gonna check out those apps tho. I'll be looking like Nadal in no time.
