i don't want to sound like a dikk, but you do realize height comes from both parents right? even moreso from your mother's side. I definitely feel you. But the point sometimes isn't to throughly check your S/O as much as it is to just discard silly thoughts/ponderings with grace.

The bolded in your comment is not as simple as it seems. True she might have been thinking about it since before she even met him, but we can't tell if she's really planned on doing it or if she just tried to see if it was an option he'd may be okay with.
