If Sabonis comes over in 1986 before the USSR destroyed his knees, basketball history would have been rewritten. Multiple NBA coaches and players have said that young Sabonis was an MVP threat. Look him up on YouTube - he was like a cross between Kevin Garnett and Yao Ming.

If Drexler/Porter/Kersey/Williams were taking the Bulls to six in the Finals with a washed Duckworth in the middle, they would have ran the league from about 1990-1996 with prime Sabonis.

Cliff/Ainge/Drazen/Duckworth as a bench too.
