It has to do with performance/stats like averaging a high number of assists gets you floor general. scoring alot around the basket gets you finisher. getting a high number of steals get u pick pocket and so on.

I think you get lockdown defender when your on-ball D is 95
Interceptor - 90 Steal
Pick Pocket - 95 Steal
Bruiser - 95 Strength
Scrapper - 95 Off Rebound 0r 95 Def Rebound or 95 Hustle
Posterizer - 90 dunk or 90 standing dunk
Corner Specialist 95 3pt shot these are all the highest levels of the sig skills you can still get some of these sig skills without those attributes but they will be less effective.
