so society steps in by default and takes over, so the environment they in contributes to their behavior and this is what u have. The casualties are the upstanding citizen like us that will get caught in the cross fire
Look at majority of the police shootings in Chicago for example, I only see single black moms carrying signs of their diseased sons, no father in the house etc
The decisions they made 18 years or more ago comes back to bite all of us in the ass and it's gun continue because as black people we glorify all the bullshyt and few of us focus on the positive people around us.
