It's legitimate. They give you access to online "courses" (mostly step by step video tutorials) but they teach you in depth how to code. And the amount of classes you get for less than 20 dollars is ridiculous.

Another good website to check out for classes is Udemy

HTML and CSS breh they're easy as fukk. Idk if you were on myspace but if you were... you more or less have an idea of HTML. JavaScript for advanced functionality. Once you have a grasp of those 3 you could move into HTML5 and CSS3... I'll let someone else speak on those though cuz Idk wtf they do different.
