Am I the only one who likes Blaine Gabbert to the 49ers?

Low risk, potentially high reward. He's obviously going to be a backup, but he's playing with a much better surrounding cast than he was in Jacksonville, which may in turn help him turn his career around.

Also, all they gave up was a sixth round pick. This is a guy who was not just a first round pick two or so years ago ... but he has EXCELLENT size (6-foot-5, 230'ish), runs a 4.60, has a great head on his shoulders, having great grades in honors classes.

I don't think he's a great QB by any means, he was downright awful in Jacksonville. But San Fran can help him help himself.

If he keeps developing well they can probably flip him in a few years for a higher pick then they paid
