They'll probably just move whoever was the 4th WR last year into the 3WR sets and act like Decker was never there
Pretty much that's him...I'm really pissed were letting all of our guys go he's a good signing and will be a good edition to your squad...he's not a superstar but he is a hard worker and may eventually improve his run blocking
