1. Lebron led the cavs to the same record as the 8th seed in his 2nd year but they missed the playoffs based on the tiebreaker. On the other hand the cavs only won 33 games in kyrie's 3rd year and needed Lebron to come back and rescue the franchise.

The Cavs have won 1 game in the last two years in the finals, it was a game that Kyrie led them with 40. Had it not been for that Lebron would have been swept in back to back years.

In his first 3 years Bron won 35, 42 and 50 games, showing huge improvement year to year, making the playoffs 3rd year and winning the first playoff series he ever had.

In Kyrie's first 3 years he won 21, 24 and 33 games, never came close to being in the running for the playoffs. His third season he still won less games than Bron did his rookie season, think about that.

Then Bron came back and they're immediately winning 53 games again, instant 20 game improvement.
