smh. When the case first popped off, did you look into why that cop was labeled a "corrupt cop"?

If I remember correctly it was revealed he stole drugs and/or money from drug busts then lied about it to the FBI. After that he was placed on a watch list and they've been reviewing any cases he was involved with. A couple were thrown out already due to "credibility issues" with the cop.

Yes. He literally robbed the dealers he was supposed to arrest, lied repeatedly to put people in jail and victimised people with habitual brutality. My dude, this cop was Denzel Washington in Training Day, a real piece of human garbage. He took advantage of his uniform to terrorise the streets of Philly/ 103 cases involving him are under review, 3 have already been tossed out.
This is what the DA's office would call a radioactive cop.

Then he's added to the "corrupt cop" list by the courts, along with other cops that are on the list for DUI, dog abuse, helping his spouse by lying and other things...so Meek's lawyer is using the corruption label as a way to get Meek off, not because he was innocent of the gun/drug charges and not because the cop purposely arrested Meek due to a personal vendetta

So that's why you gotta calm down with capeing for Meek so hard as if he's an innocent victim and didn't contribute to his plight before and after the encounter with the "corrupt cop"
