Harden was choking then too nikka:russ:

He needs to be demoted back to third option where he belongs:francis:
That was never gonna happen
Harden was already choking even tho Houston seemed to be taking the series momentum before cp3 went down

Hes mentally broken

He gotta go
The revisionism these cats pull and the series isn't even a day old. Apart from G1 and parts of G4, Harden was terrible, and CP3 was bad in the first three games and in G5. Both struggled to shoot above 40% throughout the series, in fact, sans garbage points from CP3 in G1 (where he shamelessly stat-padded down by 20 with two minutes to go), he did shoot under 40%.

Be the best back court ever with nothing to show for it brehs
Even if they didn't win they still could've proved it through their play, but they didn't. Both of them struggled to shoot above 40% in the series (CP3 really didn't, sans his garbage points), and were inconsistent on both ends of the floor. Especially since Gordon came to the rescue for them a bunch of times.

On paper? Sure. If you glanced at stat sheets and saw these two names at first glance, you'd believe you'd have a problem.

Reality? A fading, injury prone PG who's approaching his mid 30s and plays an outdated style of basketball for his position is teaming with a Superstar who has a habit of disappearing in big moments, needs the ball in his hands MORE than the PG to be productive, plays little to no defense due to being the main offensive engine for his team since going solo, and both have the stigma of being career losers due to various shortcomings in the post season.

Yes true they haven't played a game together, but their styles of play along with a few other factors makes it look iffy.

:ehh:
