The humor is there but it's never obvious and it can be taken as funny or not funny depending upon your sense of humor.

Personally, i find the show to be 90% serious and 10% funny, but I love it

It's just dopey. I don't like shows that pander for laughs. It's got a lot of "you go girl" humor. Mad racist too.
