Togoro’s impact is much bigger and importance is much bigger than his “strength” level.

He fostered real growth and change in Yusuke. I think it’s pretty interesting how Genkai and Togoro had such a parental bond with Yusuke, like he was the child they never had.

Other amazing villains are Stain and A4O (My Hero Academia), Mereum and Hisoka (Hunter X Hunter), and Light.
