8100 sq feet no other artist has a house that big, not even drake he has no idea the headache this house is going to cause him does he not know what comes with a house built that long ago with that much space thats going to be problems upon problems every single month bump this in 2 years when he sells it for a loss he would have gotten smarter by then. He is 23 and is probably new to real estate.
