It used to be players were just happy to make it to the League and play. He's really in his prime years now because of the way he plays the game. When he gets older he's going to have less value. Once the injuries start to pile up.

Not talking about his scheme. Who critiques his x’s and o’s? His problem is not letting his young players accentuate what they got drafted for while they improve in other areas. I wasnt a fan of how he never cared to develop his young players and how quick he’ll bench them after a mistake. It creates confidence issues. Dinwiddie speaks on it when he talks about when he was a Piston.

His voice gets tuned out quick and it’ll be good for some and mostly tough for others.
