People who’ve been to the PNW, can y’all help find some things to do in Seattle & Portland?

Hit up the Arboretum Botanic Gardens..

Take the ferry to Bainbridge to get a good view of the Sound,Skyline.

-Goto Gas Works Park

-The Ballard Locks

If you're going to be barhopping in Seattle during the weekend it turns into a shyt show in Capitol Hill..not many areas where people goto party and that is the main party area in the whole region so shyt be super fukking packed.

White broads will be everywhere, the black chicks, latinas tend to goto Tia Lou's or Amber in Belltown..

Brehs in Seattle operate different, people don't do small talk like that out thereso charismatic dudes who approach broads when they throw signals can eat EASILY. Brehs out there will pass bad bytches without so much acknowledging them :pachaha:

Black women are expecting you to pawg.
:jbhmm: how's Tacoma breh?

This is sooooo not true.

Exactly!....In Seattle every thing is close....it ain't LA....unless you going over to the East side or traveling up North you don't really need a car at all...

I’m going to agree to disagree, maybe it’s because i was being a visitor, going to a bunch of places, and i was staying by the sea-tac airport at the Marriott

But it was a drive to get to the city proper

While in the city it was a drive to get to most spots, like getting to north Seattle or central part of the city

I say if you are going to be moving around get a whip you come and go as you please, you can get to further away spots, like the sandwich place i suggested but I’ll let you all decide at your discretion

That's why....you were in the south end....there's a reason why it's a little more difficult to maneuver around from the south end....but honestly the public transportation in Seattle is one of the best...I know you're a visitor so I don't expect you to be familiar...but I lived here for about 9 years now.....Seattle is a small city but the population is growing daily...all because of Amazon...

Where you go to school and what is your degree going to be in?

Seattle is vey expensive so depending where you come from the housing market might be a shock. Job market seems to be pretty good.
Quite a few big corporations here.

Welding trade school, then going for Materials Engineering

Yeah i admitted that much,I’m also willing to bet you alls pub trans is tops, but to me it seemed like i had to do a lot of driving even in the city, I’m from Chicago so I’m used to big cities, but I’ve also lived near Atl (Marietta) so I’m used to a spread out city, i say if you visiting Seattle just get a whip for peace of mind

You can agree to disagree but you still wrong. You were by the airport which is a completely different city. It is not Seattle, so you can't bring that point up. Most cities airports are not in the city proper. I live in Seattle vs your visiting. Cities that actually have sprawl require cars to get around or are very massive. Like LA, Atlanta, Dallas, etc. Seattle is one of the most walkable cities in the nation and is actually very small. Thats why biking is such a big thing here.

It’s my perspective vs yours, you don’t have to agree, you didn’t ride around with me, i can only speak on my experience, to me it was worth it for all the spots i hit up, if he or anyone else wants to huff it/bus it, more power to you, but im more than comfortable saying even in the city proper the car paid for itself, I’m sure uber/lyft would have added up, and waiting to get from point a-z on feet/bus is for the birds

Seattle actually has aa great bus schedule..

It spoiled me...most lines there is a bus 3 times and hour...compared to here in NJ where I gotta wait an hour for a bus.

Also a 2hr transfer period.

But from Pioneer Square to the Space Needle is like 3mile walk.

You were in Seatac so of course you would think it's spread out :pachaha:
