I always love this album, still in my cd collection.

In 1999 Pharoahe Monch shocked the world with his single 'Simon Says'. It was an unexpected hit. Unfortunately the kind people at Rawkus forgot to clear the Godzilla sample they used for the song and the album had to be discontinued. What a shame, especially since Internal Affairs had already sold over 200,000 copies in it's first week. That would have been platinum easily. Pharoahe Monch rips up every single track on this album with his flawless delivery and mind blowing wordplay, just as we were used from him in his Organised Konfusion days. You are going to need multiple listens to catch every thing he says, and the ways he spits in the mic is guaranteed to get you hyped :wow:
