Been lazy ass shyt doing some mediocre 5x5 shyt for a main lift and then accessory movements ...Haven't even been using auto regulation, I'm fukking up brehs...

For example Back Day would be - warm up - wide / close / regular grip pullups ..3X6 or some shyt, depends on how I feel....

Main Lift - Deadlift

Accessory Movement

Weighted Pull Up 5x drop set

Dumbbell Rows

Rack Pulls

Then some arm shyt like Ez curls or Hammer ......


Make some program recommendations and explain why you recommend it, this is for all brehs
