Democrats, Republicans or Govt. do NOT provide healthcare, and Democrats are not TRYING or ever tried to provide healthcare, not even Bernie sanders.
They are pitching to Financially MANAGE Healthcare. BIG DIFF!
It is not Govt. that provides healthcare it would be American Taxpayers, Govt. would just be there to redistribute. That's what socialism is.
Govt. does not provide anything in socialism, they merely financially & operationally manage shyt. It is YOU who provides it with your tax dollars.

Regardless of if the government employs the doctors, or they just manage the finances, the end result with respect to the common man is that it removes the profit move, and drives off predatory insurance companies. If you believe employing socialism for healthcare is a slippery slope for the rest of the economy, then I would understand your point. However, I don't get the outrage, aren't there other socialist elements in the nation, such as public education and public transport? I haven't seen anybody decry those before. So whats the hoopla about?
Also I wouldn't even want the opposing parties to be mortal enemies. Thats just weird, and represents extremism at the highest levels of government. Is it so terrible that a democrat and republican can get some brew after work?
With respect with the renewable industry, you didn't counter my point. I said burgeoning renewable industry with the hopes that acknowledgment on both sides of the fence would bring that fruition. Notwithstanding, it is growing, but it could even be bigger, if the grip of oil companies wasn't so tight on republicans.
My thing is you decry corporate democrats that favor capitalism, then the next minute you decry socialism. Which is it breh?
