Above the fray.
smh I got fam that could have done that job.

What the heck is it with HBCUs and crap dorm infrastructure? Students are their customers.

There is no excuse for this. The company the reporter named in the segment as being responsible for property maintenance.

Bureaucracy or incompetence, but somebody's ass needs to be fired. When I was in high school the city and the Board of Ed let us know what they thought of us by letting the school have broken heating/cooling systems occasionally.

The city, the state, AND the president of Morgan are letting the students know what they think of them with this bullshyt.

Students should blow this up to CNN and national media and put that spotlight on all parties involved.

ASCEND Initiative

On March 5, 2024, Provost Scott Strobel announced the Alliance for Scholarship, Collaboration, Engagement, Networking and Development (ASCEND) to strengthen Yale’s partnership with HBCUs, whose missions center on the education of Black Americans. Over the next five years, Yale will commit $2 million annually, for a total of $10 million, to this initiative. ASCEND will support research collaborations between HBCU and Yale faculty, provide resources for HBCU faculty research projects, and expand pathway programs for HBCU students. These programs, planned in collaboration with HBCU partner institutions, commit to increasing representation and amplifying the significant contributions of HBCUs in shaping the academic landscape

Our collaboration with Morgan State spans Art, Architecture, Liberal Arts, and Digital Humanities
