You also gotta consider if you want heating/cooling/plumbing, some kind of audio/entertainment system and naturally the quality of the hoops and hardwood matter.
I would imagine some halfway decent shyt gotta be at least 200k. The land prolly needs to be surveyed and if it's not flat, needs to be leveled.

indoor would be waste of money unless you planning to grow some weed plants, breh. if you want a court, keep it simple and outdoor. like this but with a cage around it.
