I already came to terms with the fact that James is most likely leaving the Heat. I'd actually be surprised if he stays at this point. I can't lie and say I am not disappointed but it's a business. I hope I am wrong.

Obviously I want him to stay on the Heat, and I don't count Riley out until it's all done, but from an objective standpoint the Cavs appear to be in a better situation in the long run. It might take a season for them to come together but the potential is huge for them. Add that to the fact that they have multiple draft picks in the following two drafts gives them more ammo for trades and depth.

As far the Heat goes, I feel that they should take a few years to build up some young talent and try to reload in the upcoming free agency sprees in the next few years. No need to make any dumb emotional moves because James and Bosh might go. The team needs to try and legitimately develop Ennis and Napier, no matter what happens in the next few days.

The entire process has pissed me off, even if it turns out they all re-sign and eventually get some role players.

My stance has also changed within the last 24 hours. I'll reserve the rest of my comments (and there will be plenty) for when an official decision is made but the writing is on the wall. As is stands now it looks like he'll dip in one of the all time snake moves talking Wade out of 40 mil

That's what I'm doing, I'm trying to figure out why there are triple diamond threads about false reports and Nikkas are getting excited for nothing.
So you're saying that every single report/rumor of anything Bron/Cleveland related is false?

Breh, we've been here before in 2010. You too with the Bulls.

Do you not remember 2010?

At the end of the day, Pat Riley has a good track record of stuff like this. You can't blame us for not doubting him until the end.

Oh don't get me wrong, I'm not saying it's silly to hold the belief he's staying or that he's more likely to stay than leave (because after all yall dudes are fans), but there's a few of you in here who are just sticking their fingers in their ears, disregarding everything like somehow the possibility of him leaving doesn't exit at all.
