Was about to post this.

Its actually not a bad signing. Dude can pass, shoot the 3, rebound.

Conspiracy theory: What McRoberts does is basically a semi poor mans Bosh. So what if this is the replacement for Bosh, because Riley is going to go after Melo. While letting Bosh go & sign with the Rockets. :patrice:

I imagine that's a possibility. Although if we were to somehow retain Bosh, McRoberts would be a nice addition on the bench.

Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
what does josh mcroberts even do.

looked at his stats and he averaged 8-4-4.

whats the big deal?

He was a good fit for the Hornets because their SGs were so shytty, he initiated some offense which their 2s couldn't do and was probably their best passer.

Unless they ditch Bosh, I don't see how he fits, and if they do get rid of Bosh he's not a championship level starter.

So the team intends on operating as a team over the cap, which means they'll probably resign Chalmers, Ray Allen, and the big 3. Then they'll have the bi-annual exception left and their $2 mil trade exception. The rest will have to be vet minimum contracts. I guess that bi-annual exception goes to Morrow or Marvin Williams. Maybe there's a sign and trade possibility for Marvin Williams including Cole and/or the trade exception.

Boozer is an outside possibility if he clears waivers.

I think McRoberts is a great fit for us.

He can stretch the floor, is an above average playmaker for his position, and is athletic enough to run the floor in transition. In a vacuum, maybe we overpaid, but considering the scrubs that are getting decent sized deals in this market, it seems fair for both sides.

Pat should tell Bosh to sign that deal in Houston.. The Heat should then sign Deng or Marvin Willams and Rodney Stuckey. If they sign Melo they'll be right back where they started.. Mad top heavy with no bench..
