Told strongly that Chris Bosh hasn't made any contingency decision w/Rockets, & "whatever is being reported in that regard is simply false."

LeBron. I think the minute Bosh signs with the Rockets (if it happens), Melo comes down here and LeBron stays in Miami. So you have all these leaks dropping putting pressure and Bosh just counters with "I'll only sign there when LeBron leaves". There is no other reason why Melo would be waiting.

Unless the Cavs sign both Miller and Ray Allen then I'm not worried about Lebron leaving. Because if he goes to Cleveland and the shyt doesn't work out he wouldn't be able to just up and leave them again. His rep would get killed worse than last time.

It's a little strange that Stephen A Smith was on vacation for nearly two weeks, and comes back at midnight and the first thing that comes out of this mouth is this exact scenario:

Bosh to Rockets, and Mel joins LeBron in Miami. He repeated it on First Take and Sportscenter the next day.

Then you have leaks from Bron's camp saying back to home is a done deal to see if Bosh slips. Melo drops leaks today (and quickly backtracks on them). Don't get me wrong, I think James to Cavs and Melo back to NY are legitimate things, but it seems like it is Plan B.

Bosh's camp isn't having any of it though. Pat went into that meeting today and probably heard from LeBron himself: "make this happen or I'm gone" . Now Pat is in a tough ass spot.

See, I can understand the James wanting to go back to the Cavs thing, but why is Melo waiting? What does he have to wait for?

At this point everyone knows Lebron would much rather play with Carmelo than Bosh. Now why Pat Riley couldn't figure this out I'll never know.
