Riles & Bron dont want to do Bosh like that. They must want to do the respectful thing & how Bosh leave on his own. Then sign Melo has a back up plan(which he really wouldnt have been).
But who knows if thats really whats goind on.
Because Riley wants Bosh on the team who he can control and not another diva nikka like Melo. Riles can barely control Lebron and if you bring in Melo he would lose total control over the organization. Both Lebron and Melo want to play somewhere they call the shots.

It makes LeBron sound like a coward too afraid to tell Riley to renounce Bosh if the plan is to get Bosh out of there for Melo.
Even if Lebron did this do you really think Riley would renounce Bosh just for Melo. It serves no purpose for Lebron to admit something like that. Especially when he's all about protecting his brand so he can make more money. It's all about portraying a certain image for Corporate America.

The intriguing thing about all this is we know the kind of personality Riley has. He'll keep things as classy as possible, but he'll definitely let it be known how things went down from his end. So if Bron does leave you'll hear Riley's perspective as well and can decide for yourself.

I don't think it's that easy a decision to make (outside of purely basketball).
How is he shytting on Cleveland when he hasn't met with them publicly nor said a word about signing with them? I don't think Lebron dislikes Bosh he just doesn't think he's a good enough side kick now that Wade is washed. He's already leaked information to the media through his handlers that he think Bosh's game is trash. If the public knows this I'm pretty sure both Riley and Bosh do too. But Riley is not about to let Lebron make personnel moves when he's the President of Basketball operations.
The real question is whether Dan Gilbert would allow Lebron to call the shots if he signed with the Cavs. That's probably all Lebron is waiting for before jumping ship is the ability to remake the roster as he sees fit.
