Wade and Bosh definitely want to get paid. They dont get the same money from endorsements that lebron rakes in.
Bosh, Wade, and Lebron can get around 4 years/$91 mil if they sign for the max. D. Wade may not be able to get that, but if the team doesn't make it worth his while, he'll just opt in. They have to AT LEAST offer him more than the $40 million he's set to make over the next 2 years. MAYBE 4 years/$70 million gets it done, but keep in mind, he's 32, not 35 like Duncan when he signed his cap friendly deal.
And Bosh could get the max from LA, possibly Phoenix and maybe others if he left.
Edit: Keep in mind, that's minus the 5th year they can get here, which would take their max deals to $118 mil each.

I think they'd give Bosh, who just turned 30, a max or close to max deal. Dallas would take him too. That's less of an issue because he's stating publicly he'd take less to stay. The only question with Bosh is how much he'll give up.
With Wade its about making it worth his while to opt while at the same time convincing him he has to sacrifice a bit more because of his age and injury history.

It really comes down to another 20 million or a chance to get 2 or 3 championships. I'd choose the chance for titles. Nothing is gauranteed but at least give yourself the chance. I'd say that's the path with the least regret. Plus these guys have there own side hustles and are marketable. They could make some of it up through endorsements.
