Take care of Wade by signing him for 2 yrs/40+ mil
Either let UD walk or give him a 2 yr/12 mil deal
Take on Lin's contract for a 2015 first and sign Ariza to 2 yrs/30 mil
Don't even worry about Bosh, there's no way in hell he's staying, and brace for a sign and trade.

I know folks don't want to hear it, but pray Riley's signings backfire and hope for a top 5 pick since he will not intentionally tank.

Moving on. Riley should be able to make some moves and get us to respectable state in 2 years

Bruh, they got cash, a once great player who can still give you 80-90% of that with HARD WORK AND DEDICATION (something he lost desire for while having Bron) and more FA are likely to sign there over anywhere else. They can prob build an actual TEAM that can move the ball around on some Spurs type of shyt. I guarantee you Miami will be a top 3 team in the East this upcoming season. I also bet Wade will be back to a 23-25ppg nikka.

Pretty much this. No point in pulling any reactionary moves and going balls out for Melo or whatever.

It's the rebuilding doldrums now.

Whatever. I'm a South Florida sports fan. I'm used to disappointment.

I don't think Riley, Arison, or the Heat as an organization are interested in rebuilding or tanking, even if it's just D.Wade left. Now if he retires, then the conversation changes. Short of that, Riley has a ton of money and he has lots of targets. Luol Deng, Greg Monroe, Eric Bledsoe, Lance Stephenson, Isaiah Thomas, Pau, and others are out there. He can also try to get assets back from Houston and Cleveland in sign & trades. It's time for Riley to work.
