What will be the purpose of tanking if we are going to have a huge cap space in 2016 ?

we tank now get some young prospects and than add players to them ala cavs

Do we still need to sign Granger and McRoberts? I wouldn't mind McRoberts too much but I don't want Granger. And as always, please no Chalmers.

Depending on what free agents Riley can put together, I wouldn't mind going young and keeping some of these summer league dudes. Ennis and Napier obviously. Hamilton on the second tier. And the 3rd tier would have Dawkins, Barthel and Johnson. Obviously not all of them, but some combination of those guys to inject some youth.
