1. I think Rich Paul and Mav wanted to become legends by being the ones "that brought him back home". I think they convince Savannah and Gloria (probably was't hard)

2. If the Heat 3peat there is no way he leaves and not pursue 4 in a row. (Is this all because Wade will never be great again)

3. Why Tweet Shabaz is your favorite player after the Heat draft him (knowing they probably on drafted him to appease you). If you were leaving.

4. Why let the Wade, Bosh and UD opt out of those great contracts. Especially UD and Wade

This obviously wasn't a last minute decision.

man that whole wait until 2016 thinking isn't the way to go. 2010 worked soley because we had DWade. KD is probably not leaving OKC. The FO is gonna have to adapt and learn build partially thru the draft and the rest thru free agency.

Miami made moves this offseason like they knew for sure he was coming back.

Look at the lakers history of centers (wilt, Kareem, Shaq), the bears history of linebackers (Butkus, singletary, Urlacher), the Yankees history of every position (particularly outfield and first base from Ruth and Gehrig). You know someone will get goosebumps at the chance to be the next Yankee shortstop. I would. All the cornerstone franchises in sports have that type of tradition. Rest assured the ravens have dudes anxious to be their next middle linebacker and free safety.

They need someone to rebound besides McBob. Heat displayed some of the worst rebounding skills I've ever seen. I saw dudes scatter away from rebounds last year. Didn't even try.

Deng isn't going to get 12 mill. He can hit the road unless Arison doesn't mind spending that kind of money. I'm not big on signing Ariza. He wants 12 mill too. I would prefer Deng over Ariza. He is the better player defensively and can score 15-20 pts a game. His game isn't limited like Ariza who need someone to create shots for him.
