Like it or not, a lot of the success this year is going to hinge on Spo and the coaching staff. This is his chance.

We all enjoyed the high-flying, high-scoring, crazy plays, and what-not, but what made the Heat successful these last 4 years was mainly defense. Can't move away from that.
If Chalmers is back I think that means Coke is gone. I don't see us going into the season with 3 PGs on the roster... especially when neither of them is true starting caliber.

Which i think would be a big mistake by Riley. We cant trade away our best defensive PG then expect to go back to our defensive ways.

With the team coming into I place, how do we deal with this possible scenario.
1. Cavs have a disaster season and are out in 1st/2nd round
2. The Heat surprise everyone and make it to the ECF/Finals
3. LeBron opts out and wants out of Cleveland. Has interest in Miami
Do we try to clear space and talk to Bron about coming back discounted again?
